Before You Arrive

MAXIMIZE YOUR RELAXATION AT THE SPA

Our goal is for you to have the best spa experience possible at The Soak House & Soapery. The following spa courtesies are designed to answer any questions you may have before arriving at the spa and to ensure you achieve maximum relaxation during your visit.

Age Requirement

All guests must be 16 years of age or older. Children may not accompany adults to their spa appointment.

Preparing for Your Appointment

We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time in order to prepare for your experience. Please respect your appointment time, as well as those of other guests. Your experience will end at its originally scheduled time to prevent delays for the next guest. We are a non-smoking facility (this includes our parking lot).

Cancellations

We respectfully request a 48-hour notice if you must cancel your appointment. Appointments cancelled within 24 hrs of the scheduled time will be charged 50% of the total scheduled service fee. Clients who miss (No-Show) their appointments without giving prior notification will be charged IN-FULL for the scheduled service.

Groups of 3+

Reservations for groups of 3 or more guests in the same party will be charged a 10% Non-Refundable Deposit at the time the reservation is booked.

Accepted Forms of Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, cash and check.

Please note: A 3% Service Fee will be added for all credit card transactions. Prices subject to change without notice. When using a Gift Card towards a Spa Package, please ask us to verify the amount of funds on your card when scheduling your services. Gift Cards may be used towards services and products and are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash.

No Outside Food or Drinks Allowed

Champagne, wine and an assortment of Craft Beer may be purchased by the bottle or can. Must be 21 years of age to purchase and consume alcohol.

If you will be visiting us between the hours of 11am - 3pm, you may add a delicious gourmet spa lunch to your reservation! We offer a weekly lunch special that is thoughtfully created and prepared fresh by our local gourmet caterer. Please be sure to request lunch be added to your reservation ahead of time!

Our Water

We are proud to offer you the cleanest, purest drinking water possible while at the spa. Our drinking water is provided by Aon Water Technology - Alabama's leader in water treatment solutions. Thier reverse osmosis filtration system eliminates a variety of common contaminates from our drinking water, leaving clean, clear, refreshing, safe water for your consumption and enjoyment.
