Before You Arrive


Our goal is for you to have the best spa experience possible at The Soak House & Soapery. The following spa courtesies are designed to answer any questions you may have before arriving at the spa and to ensure you achieve maximum relaxation during your visit.

Age Requirement

All guests must be 16 years of age or older.

Preparing for Your Appointment

We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time in order to prepare for your experience. Please respect your appointment time, as well as those of other guests. Your experience will end at its originally scheduled time to prevent delays for the next guest. We are a non-smoking facility (this includes our parking lot).


We respectfully request a 48-hour notice if you must cancel your appointment. Appointments cancelled within 24 hrs of the scheduled time will be charged 50% of the total scheduled service fee. Clients who miss (No-Show) their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged IN-FULL for the scheduled service.

Accepted Forms of Payment

​We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, cash and check.

Please note: A 3.5% Service Fee will be added for all credit/debit card transactions.
